Evoke the Soak Shipping Policy

Processing Time:
All orders are hand-prepared with care at our home in Lawrence, Kansas. Orders are processed and packed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed.

Shipping Rates & Carriers:
We ship exclusively within the United States using USPS (United States Postal Service). Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location, package weight, and the USPS service level you select (e.g., First Class, Priority Mail).

Delivery Times:
Delivery times are estimates provided by USPS and begin once the package is in their possession. Typical USPS delivery times range from 2-8 business days, depending on your location and the service selected. We are not responsible for delays once the package is handed to USPS.

Order Tracking:
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped. You can use this number on the USPS website to follow your package's journey.

Shipping Address:
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipping at an additional cost.
